Terms of sale
Last updated 15 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy tickets on fireworktickets.com (the “site”). Please read them before you pay. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Contact: support@fireworktickets.com.
2. We are an independent reseller
- We are an independent ticket reseller. We are not the event organiser or the primary ticket seller, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Mayor of London or the Greater London Authority. Event names are used only to identify the event the tickets are for.
- Prices on the site are set by us and may be higher than the face value printed on the ticket.
- Before you pay we show you, for each ticket: the viewing zone and entrance it is valid for, its face value where the organiser has published one, and any restrictions on who may use it.
- The event itself, including its timing, content, security and entry conditions, is controlled by the organiser.
3. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy tickets. Children may attend with an adult who holds a ticket for them, subject to the organiser’s rules.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Each ticket price is shown together with our service fee per ticket, and the total including the service fee is shown before you pay. That total is what you are charged; nothing is added afterwards.
- Payment is taken by our payment provider Stripe by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your full card details. Your card statement may show a conversion if your card is not in GBP; any exchange rate or fee is set by your card issuer.
- When you start checkout we hold the tickets for you for 30 minutes. If payment is not completed in that time the hold is released.
- A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. Please keep a copy of your confirmation and transaction records.
- We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a price was clearly wrong because of an error, if the tickets are no longer available, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.
- We do not trade with or provide services to individuals or countries subject to sanctions by the United Nations, the United Arab Emirates, the UK, the EU or the United States (OFAC).
5. Ticket delivery
Your order is confirmed by email straight after payment. Mobile tickets are sent to the email address you give at checkout no later than 24 hours before gates open. Delivery close to the event is normal for resale tickets and does not count as late delivery. Check your spam folder, and contact us if your tickets have not arrived by that date. You are responsible for giving a correct email address and for showing your ticket on a working phone on the night.
6. Equivalent or better tickets
If we cannot supply the exact tickets you ordered, we may supply tickets of the same or a better zone at no extra cost. If we can only offer a lower-priced zone, you can choose to accept it with a refund of the price difference, or cancel for a full refund.
7. Changes and cancellations by you
Tickets are for a leisure event on a specific date, so the usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply. Orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or moved to another zone once paid because you change your mind or cannot attend, except as set out under buyer protection below. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Buyer protection
You will receive a full refund of the total you paid if:
- the fireworks display is cancelled by the organiser or the authorities and is not rescheduled;
- we fail to deliver your mobile tickets by the delivery deadline in section 5 and cannot offer equivalent or better tickets; or
- you are refused entry because the ticket we supplied was not valid (not because of your own conduct, late arrival or a breach of the organiser’s entry conditions). Please contact us within 7 days of the event with your order number and any evidence you have.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days. If the display goes ahead in bad weather, in a changed format or with a short delay, it has not been cancelled. If it is postponed, your tickets stay valid for the new date.
9. Entry on the night
Your ticket does not override the organiser’s rules, including gate times, security searches, ID checks, age rules and prohibited items. Zones can close early once full or for safety reasons. We are not responsible if you are refused entry because of your own conduct, late arrival or not meeting those rules.
10. Your responsibilities
You must give accurate information, use the site only to buy tickets for your own and your group’s use, and not use bots or automated tools on the site. We may cancel orders that break these terms.
11. Payment disputes
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first so we can put it right quickly. We will investigate any payment dispute and provide your order records to the payment provider. Disputing a valid payment for tickets that were delivered as described may be treated as a breach of these terms.
12. Our liability
If we break these terms we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach, up to the amount you paid for your order. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs you incur in connection with the event, or for events outside our reasonable control such as decisions of the organiser or the authorities. Refunds under section 8 still apply in those cases.
13. Site content
The site, its design and its content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to view the site and buy tickets.
14. Complaints
Email support@fireworktickets.com with your order number. We aim to reply within 2 working days and to resolve complaints within 14 days.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim in the courts there.
