Strictly necessary

• Cookie choice: remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies (stored in your browser for 12 months).
• Payment (Stripe): when you pay, you are taken to a secure Stripe checkout page. Stripe sets its own cookies there for fraud prevention and to complete the payment. See Stripe’s cookie policy.
• Staff sign-in: a session cookie used only by our own staff in the order management area. It is never set for customers.

Analytics and advertising (only with your consent)

• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*, up to 2 years): counts visits and shows which pages are used, so we can improve the site.
• Google Ads (_gcl_*, up to 90 days): measures whether a visit from one of our ads led to a purchase, and lets us show our ads to people who visited the site.
